Our Story

Gandh Fragrance is a small-scale startup born in the beautiful town of Belgaum, Karnataka, and founded by siblings Ashwini Gadgil and Ajinkya Gadgil.

Ashwini, a lawyer by profession, brings over 13 years of legal and corporate experience gained through her work with leading organizations across India. Ajinkya holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and brings more than 8 years of experience in the fragrance industry, having worked in research and development departments dedicated to creating innovative fragrance solutions.

After years of building their careers in corporate hubs such as Mumbai and Gujarat, the siblings felt a strong calling to return to their roots. Inspired by the values of hard work, integrity, and entrepreneurship instilled by their father through years of business experience, they decided to embark on a journey of their own.

Thus, Gandh Fragrance was born—a venture that combines scientific expertise, professional excellence, and a deep passion for the art of fragrance.
